Condit’s 2nd Auto Show and Ice Cream Social
Committee chaired by Alex Sheets and Chip Welch, is hosting its 2nd Annual Auto Show and Ice Cream Social on August 25th from 12-4 pm. During this fun packed event, participants may enter any car, truck, motor bike, or tractor into an auto contest with 11 prize categories.
 
Entry fee will be $10, and participants will receive a dash plaque and will have the chance to win $20 and a trophy if they win one of the following categories: Pastor’s Pick, Oldest Automobile, Oldest Tractor, Best in Show (Car), Best in Show (Truck), Best in Show (Foreign), Best in Show (Muscle), Best in Show (Tuner), Best in Show (Bike), Best in Show (Tractor), and Best in Show (Beater).
 
To register your vehicle print the Registration Form and bring it to the show between 11:30 and 12:00
 
No vehicle to show? No problem! We will also have an ice cream social and cookout (donation only), live music, family games, cornhole, lottery drawings and much more fun – perfect for any family!

             Ice Cream Social

 

In the air-conditioned Church Fellowship Hall, grilled burgers, dogs, and brats will be served with sides of pasta and potato salads, brownies and ice cream with assorted toppings. “Instead of pricing individual items, we are asking for a donation for the food and drinks,” commented Sheila Micholes, chair of the Ice Cream Social.

 

Live music, family games such as corn hole will be set up on the lawn for all to enjoy. Bring the family to 15102 Hartford Road for a good time on August 25.
